Excellence in Risk Assessment

What is Risk Assessment?

Risk assessment is the process of identifying potential hazards in the workplace, evaluating how likely they are to cause injury or illness and how severe the impact could be, and putting effective measures in place to reduce those risks. This process is conducted in accordance with Article 36 (Conducting Risk Assessment) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act. It is led by the employer and carried out with the participation of the person in charge of safety and health management, supervisors, safety managers, health managers, or persons in charge of safety and health management, as well as employees involved in the relevant tasks, with each fulfilling their respective roles.
