Code of Ethics for Employees

At DI T&I Co., Ltd., all employees are expected to act with integrity and fairness,

  • Acting as Mediators and Balancers
    When internal interests or organizational dynamics conflict with ethical management, leaders are expected to make decisions based on fairness and neutrality, guided by clear principles and standards, while prioritizing the overall interests and long-term sustainability of the organization.
